About me
Wolfgang Schröder, born 1962
My interest in spiritual development and meditation was awakened early on. During my training as a bookseller in the Rhineland, I made a fundamental, direction-giving decision for my life: I decided to dedicate my life to practicing and deepening the Buddhist practice.
During a stay of several years in Great Britain, I was able to intensify my practice and study of Buddhism, work in cooperatively run companies and train as a yoga teacher.
Today I have been working in Berlin for more than twenty years and have worked as a yoga and MBSR teacher in various institutions until I opened the mindfulness practice Berlin in 2012 with a colleague.
Thus I am in the fortunate position to meet people in different ways and to support them on their way to more awareness and clarity as well as a stress-free and healthier life.
